AZUL DE ARENAS, ONE OF THE MOST RELEVANT URBAN DEVELOPMENTS IN THE NORTHERN ZONE OF CARTAGENA

Azul de Arenas is consolidating itself as one of the most relevant urban developments in the northern zone of Cartagena, with 11,000 housing units. This innovative concept brought by AED is becoming one of the main attractions in the real estate sector in the capital of the department of Bolívar, the region, and the country.

Juan Pablo García Abondano, manager of AED, the company that has also been leading the Baia Kristal project, a project featuring 1,500 units and was the number one in non-VIS (Social Housing) sales nationally for 27 months, highlights that this positive performance “reflects the appetite for the area and the innovative proposal the company brings.”

AED, along with Arquitectura y Concreto, Renta Urbana, and Urbanum, recently launched Kristal Blu, the first project of Azul de Arenas, which is already receiving a very positive response from buyers, demonstrating the same success that characterizes the proposals the company brings to the market.

As part of the consolidation of this urban development concept, the arrival of Grupo Éxito to the largest shopping center in the region was announced. This shopping center will be a Shopping Resort within Azul de Arenas, which, according to the reports from major media outlets in the country, such as La República, is a “concept that goes beyond the experience of traditional shopping centers to become tourist destinations that, in addition to commerce, offer entertainment, fun, sports, culture, and gastronomy.”
