Thanks to the iconic urban developments that define AED’s style, Juan Pablo García, CEO of the firm, discusses the company’s key projects and why they are making a difference in the Caribbean.
In an interview with EL TIEMPO, García Abondano stated: “We stand out for our innovative and sustainable approach. Introducing the concept of Crystal Lagoons to Colombia has been a way to bring not just a lifestyle but an action that makes a difference, elevating the construction standard on the Caribbean coast and in Colombia by combining unique designs with sustainable practices. We are forging a new path for living and experiencing life in urban communities.”
He highlighted that the first Crystal Lagoon in Colombia will be precisely in one of their prominent projects, Baía Kristal, located in the northern zone of Cartagena, featuring 1,500 units. It became the number one project in national sales from the moment it was launched in 2020 and held that position in non-VIS (Social Housing) sales for 27 months.
He also referred to Azul de Arenas, the recent project launched by the company, which will also be located in La Heroica (Cartagena) and promises a completely new living experience. Comprising seven lots of residences that will accommodate more than 11,000 residential units, this urban development, led by AED in collaboration with Arquitectura y Concreto, is designed to allow its residents to enjoy both inside and outside their homes.
He emphasized during the media interview that they are currently in the pre-launch phase of Kristal Blu, which will be part of Azul de Arenas, offering nearly 1,200 residential units.
